This page does not display live session records or offer session revocation. Customer SSO, organisation workspaces and audit logs are not connected.

Your mandate, shortlist, notes and diligence tasks persist on this device when browser storage is available. Buyer briefs, watchlists and intake drafts also use local storage.

Clearing browser data removes this working data. It does not sync between devices or users. Avoid adding confidential documents to this research beta.

Export a shortlist CSV with source links, target assumptions and unresolved rights. Print a selected site's decision brief from the workbench.

Private working notes and option-scenario inputs are excluded. Exporting a source link does not transfer rights to its content.

Current records are screening research and comparables. None establishes a controllable development parcel with Category A, B or strong C demand power.

Local checkmarks and scenario scores cannot change that classification. Source-based verification must come first.
