What is collected and why

We collect the contact details and information you choose to enter so we can respond to an assessment request, register a product interest or assess an Expert Panel application. A watch interest includes the selected PowerPlotr record ID. Panel applications include role, employer type, experience, verification route and declared conflicts.

Fields marked required are needed to process that request. Other fields are optional. Do not send identity documents, special-category personal data, confidential or non-public information, private data-room credentials or your current employer’s live commercial matters. The forms accept no document uploads or payment details.

Lawful basis and contact choices

We use requested steps before a contract where applicable and our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and verifying professional roles, limited to those purposes. Product-specific launch contact is based on your voluntary request to hear about that product. You can withdraw that contact request at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Registration does not add you to a general mailing list.

Panel vetting is manual. We may check the public professional or project references you provide and explain any further verification needed. Applications do not appear in a public directory. A future pseudonymous profile or release of your identity for an introduction requires separate agreement. There is no automated admission or decision with legal effects.

Where information goes

Submitted information is sent through Resend to PowerPlotr’s restricted operational email mailbox for manual review. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the technical information needed to serve and protect requests. Authorised people administering PowerPlotr may access submissions for the stated purpose. We do not sell contact details or give applications to sponsors, buyers or other panel members.

Email delivery and mailbox providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable processor terms and lawful transfer safeguards are required. Provider location and retention are reviewed before activation and when a provider changes. Email messages and forwarded copies require manual deletion; the website does not promise immediate deletion from every provider backup.

Retention and deletion

Product interests and enquiries are reviewed for deletion six months after the last useful exchange. Declined or incomplete panel applications are reviewed for deletion six months after closure. Where an application proceeds, necessary information is retained while membership is active and reviewed annually. Unnecessary private profile information is deleted within 90 days after closure, subject to a documented dispute or legal hold.

Information needed for an accepted assessment, accounts or a legal obligation has its own justified retention period. Client assessment material is used for that engagement and deleted on completion unless the client instructs otherwise, with necessary contract and accounting evidence kept separately. Aggregate interest counts contain no contact details.

Existing research notes and shortlists remain local to your browser. These new enquiry forms do not save your personal information to browser storage or a public repository.
