Belview · South Kilkenny, Ireland

Land signals before a data-centre announcement.

At IDA Belview, access works, service drawings and the ecology file reveal both land preparation and a real consent risk. PowerPlotr connects those records to a specific landbank.

Still to verify

Power, executed access, title and allocation remain unverified. DAU requested further otter and bat evidence; proposed ducts are not live fibre, and the water letter secures no cooling capacity.

Next investigation

IDA Belview: service provisions documented; access decision pending

ACP-324383-26 was lodged on 18 June 2026 and still shows no decision. The NIS identifies the Luffany_010 watercourse and indirect construction pathways to two SACs. The 5 August DAU submission says dedicated otter work and the bat baseline should be completed before determination. IDA's consent letter references folio KK10619F but requires an approved and executed right of way before entry. Proposed ESB and ICT ducts and the 2025 Uisce Éireann feasibility letter remain enabling evidence only.
